xwp: Opening a document

To open a document:
- Position the cursor in the menu bar of the document window.
- Click the left mouse button on the File item.
- Select Open.
- If you have typed in the document window, WordPerfect will
ask if you want to save the current document. If you say
NO, WordPerfect will clear the document screen.
- The Retrieve box will appear. Select the file you wish to
open. You can also select from a variety of format options at
the bottom of the Retrieve box.
- Select OK.
WordPerfect will allow nine open documents at one time, but
the Open command will open documents only into the
current document window.
