WPWIN: Using tables, graphics, and charts

To create a table:

  1. Select from the menu: Layout->Tables->Create.
  2. Type in the number of column and rows desired.
  3. To insert text, move the cursor to the table cell.

To change table layout:

  1. Select from the menu: Layout->Table->(option).
  2. The possible options are: change size, position, margins, attributes, cell locks, shading, and negative display.

You must create a figure box to place graphics or charts within your document. To create a figure box and place a graphic within it:

  1. Select from the menu: Graphics->Figure->Create.
  2. Select from the menu: File->Retrieve->(your graphic file name).
  3. Select from the menu: File->Close.

To edit the graphic:

  1. Double click on the figure box, OR
  2. Select from the menu: Graphic->Figure->Edit->box number.
  3. A Figure Editor Window will appear.
  4. Use the Figure Editor Window buttons to edit the graphic.
  5. Select from the menu: File->Close.
