Ileaf Basics: The desktop

When Interleaf has started on your machine, the background of your screen or window will turn grey and at least three items will appear: a clipboard titled clipboard,a cabinet titled System 5, and a terminal titled terminal. (Some versions may not create a terminal.)

The grey background is your desktop. Your documents may be created either in the desktop or in subdirectories within the desktop.
