Deleting a Sybase database

Tech Computer Center logo

You do not have permission to delete your databases. Instead, you have to ask the TCC to delete them.

Make very certain you want to do this. Once a database is deleted it is lost forever.
  1. Send e-mail to sybase@nmt.edu requesting a database be deleted. Your e-mail should look something like:
Please delete my database named Student from Sybase. Thanks.
  2. The response from the TCC looks like:
Your database named 'Student' has been deleted.
