Creating an additional Sybase database

If you want another database you have to ask the TCC to create
it for you. You do not have permission to create your own
databases. Instead, you must request one from the TCC.
- Send e-mail to sybase@nmt.edu requesting a new
database. Your e-mail should look something like:
May I please have another database for Sybase? I
would like my new database to be called Student. Thanks.
- The response from the TCC looks like:
Your database named 'Student' has been created.
