Setting up your account to use Sybase
|
|
Before you begin using Sybase SQL Server, you must set up some
new environment variables for your account.
- Determine your shell by typing this Unix command:
echo $shell
Your shell is probably bash, sh,
csh, or tcsh.
This will cause your shell to set up the environment variables
for you.
If you are unsure of how to edit a file, see
`Selecting a text editor'.
