Tech Computer Center User Consultant Handbook

The UC meetings are mandatory and usually happen once every few weeks throughout a semester. The meetings are open to the public. Please plan on meetings lasting about 30+ minutes (scheduling meetings generally take longer).

The meetings are a good way to: stay in touch with what is going on, review progress on people's projects, discuss ways to improve or expand the services we offer, and air any grievances which might exist. Sometimes the meeting hour is used for training (as attending TCC talks on 'sendmail', our MS Windows installation, or in-house tools).
