6.17.   Swapping shifts

If you can't make a shift (Help Desk or Office), you need to find someone to cover it for you and give your supervisor at least two days (email) notice (but not more than a couple of weeks please - try to keep things relatively current).   If someone else is working your shift, you need to let your supervisor know about it. Also update the approprite Google Help Desk calendars.

Note that once somebody agrees to work a shift for a co-worker that they should not then look for someone else to work that shift for them.
