Printing is one of the TCC's most demanded services. The printers should be checked on a regular basis for being out of paper, out of toner or ink, and paper jams (or other problems). All the printers should be checked and the printouts put away near the beginning and end of each shift in addition to the periodic checks mentioned above.

To assist in this task an automated emailing system has been put in place which will email the uc account if there are printer problems with any of the TCC operated printers.
