When there are two or more UCs on Help Desk duty one UC primarily works at the help desk while the other(s) travel around to help people at the machine the person needing help is using. The Help Desk UCs should restrict their use of console seats to the Help Desk machine or the machine of the person being helped. (Don't be tying-up public seats; note, that donald is not a public seat and is reserved for TCC staff use.)
