Another place to look is /u/ray/fix/reference/. It contains ASCII text files of email and notes about various fixes to parts of the TCC facilities at one time or another. (It probably needs to be cleaned out and updated for what's in place now.)

There is also information under /fs/thorium/packages/usr-local-adm/adm/hardware/.   Again the organization of this information needs much work.
