2007/08 Fall Workshop Registration Form

Join us at the 2007/08 Science Olympiad Fall Workshop, November 9-10, at New Mexico Tech, Socorro, NM.

There is a $25 fee per person for the workshop. Registration is not complete without payment.
Payment may be made with a School Purchase Order or Personal Check. Again, your registration will not be finalized until we receive payment.
If you are paying by school purchase order, please fax a copy of the PO to (505) 835-5274. Please make sure to include your (participant) name on the PO.
Online Workshop Registrations which do not include a purchase order number will not be accepted.
Please make checks payable to: New Mexico Science Olympiad.
You should receive a confirmation letter approximately one week following your on-line registration. If you do not receive this letter, please call us at (505) 835-5678 to confirm your registration.
