Macey Center’s three large conference areas, accommodate up to 100 in theater-style seating, up to 100 in banquet seating, or up to 65 in classroom seating.
The
venue has two 1350 sq. ft. meeting rooms that can accommodate a variety of
different seating styles. Typically
used for lectures, presentations and classroom style training sessions these
rooms are equipped with basic sound, a lavaliere microphone, podium, overhead
projector, presentation screen, audio/visual table, food table and TV/VCR.
Room layouts are designed according to your program needs keeping safety,
comfort and function in mind.
The conference areas are also ideal for dinner and luncheon meetings. We offer flexibility for breakout sessions or smaller meeting groups.
Additional meeting rooms are situated on campus within walking distance.
Technical staff and ample equipment are available to meet all your audio/visual needs.
